It isn’t breaking news or anything - but it sure is nice to look at.

(2012: A Dangerous Method Premier)

(2012: Seeking A Friend Premier)
Aaaand after yesterday i am feeling inspired. Almost inspired enough to tell you about how I didn’t really like either one of these two films.
At least one of them had amazing costume design and Aaron Johnson’s HOT ASS FACE in it. As long as thinking about this doesn’t send you into a spiral of depression caused by the fact that one of the world’s most gorgeous/hot/steamy/sexed mustached men was snagged by your high school drama teacher. BUT that is another story. In fact reminding myself of AJ and his old wife has inspired me to mark an upcoming occasion where i will write the story “Why Anna Karenina was slightly confusing, and seriously what is up with Aaron Johson’s life choices?”
I will do that later this week.
OK. About the Winter thing, I stand corrected. For weeks I have been shouting “fuck winter” from my brownstone’s front room and now I am having second thoughts. Thank you Valentino for making me slightly less depressed that I have been sun-less for months. Thank you for making me realize for a split second that there is more to winter than just wishing it was gone.
Halt the weather machines! I need a reason to wear this and I really don’t want to take a holiday to Russia. But I will if I have to.

What?! Clap and stomp to it’s beauty? Oh yes. I bet this coat feels like a slice of the heavens - but even if it scratched me and made me itch (which is comical, obv) I would still ogle at the beauty of it’s color and style and wear it every other day. Hello, gorgeous.
Ok ok, we all know I love her. But after last night, I love her more and don’t lie, so do you.
For the record, there are only two times you can wear a dress like this - at your wedding, and at the Oscars. If only I had the pleasure of attending top tier award shows for practice because I only have one shot at looking this amazing (no pressure wedding day). But honestly, if that is truly my goal then i will surely fail.
If i may say so, she doesn’t need the practice.

I love this dress. The shape, the light pink (and i swear in some photos the bottom tier looked like a slightly different color than the rest of the dress, which is how it should be) … her hips look amazing and the bottom of this gown is effortlessly perfect. The shape, the shape, the shape. I wish i had a close up of the material - and by close up i mean, it is currently in my hands.
WAY TO GO GIRL, so happy for you.

and she even looks amazing when she trips.
